Gazpromneft expands its resource base in Tomsk region

Gazpromneft has been increasing its oil production capacity in Tomsk region. Another production oil well has been built on the oil field Shinginskoye. Its depth was more than 2950 meters. A drilling rig Uralmash 3000 EUK-1M equipped with a top drive DQ50B-JH was used to build this oil well. A top drive field service support was provided by SLC service engineers working 24 hours 7 days a week.

The DQ50B-JH as well as DQ50BQ-JH and the DQ50B-JH is the most popular top drive among drilling companies. It allows to build fishbone wells of up to 5000 meters depth (using drilling 144mm tubes) as quickly as possible. The top drive is equipped with an asynchronous frequency controlled electric motor of 500hp power. This allows drilling with a smooth shaft speed changes in the range from 0 to 180 rpm and with a working torque of up to 40 kNm.
