Horizontal oil well for ROSNEFT company on Ombinskoe oilfield

The new horizontal oil well was finished on Ombinskoe oilfield for ROSNEFT company, at ambient temperature -48^oC, with the using of the top drive system DQ50B, which was set on the drilling rig ' БУ 4000 /250 ЭКБМЧ '. The well depth was more than 3400 m.

Performance of the top drive had the following maximum values:

• rotation speed 150 rpm/min;
• torque  36 kNm.
