Directional oil well on Samotlorskoe oilfield for ROSNEFT company

The new directional oil well was completed on Samotlorskoe oilfield for ROSNEFT company,  with the using of the top drive system DQ40B, which was set on the drilling rig  ZJ-40CZ. The well depth was more than 3300 m.

Performance of the top drive had the following maximum values:

• rotation speed 140 rpm/min;
• torque  18 kNm.
