A new controlled directional oil-well of more than 3740m depth was built on Ombinskoe oilfield in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug for ROSNEFT

A new controlled directional oil-well of more than 3740m depth was built on Ombinskoe oilfield in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug for ROSNEFT. A drilling rig "BU-4000/250 EKBMCH" equipped  with a top drive system DQ50B  was used for this purpose.

The top drive system had the following maximum operating parameters:

• rotation speed  - up to 80 rpm/min;
• torque  - up to 34 kNm.
