Drilling for TATNEFT oil company

Slant well was drilled in Gareiskoe oilfield for TATNEFT oil company. The well depth was more 1700 m. Our top drive system DQ40B was used at temperature -20^oC.

 Performance of the top drive had the following maximum values:

• rotation speed 70 rpm./min.; 
• torque 15 kNm;
• rate of penetration 20 m/hour.

The customer was satisfied with the reliability, security and performance of equipment, the quality and the timing of our work. 

Our top drives are effective in the drilling of obliquely-directional and horizontal wells with long borehole.
