Drilling for ROSNEFT oil company

Horizontal well was drilled in Krasnoleninskoe oilfield for ROSNEFT oil company. The well depth was more 3700 m. Our top drive system DQ70BS was used at temperature -55^oC.

 Performance of the top drive had the following maximum values:

• rotation speed 120 rpm./min.; 
• torque 30 kNm;
• rate of penetration of 25 m/hour.

The customer was satisfied with the reliability, security and performance of equipment, the quality and the timing of our work. 

Our top drives are effective in the drilling of obliquely-directional and horizontal wells with long borehole.
