A fund of TOMSKNEFT production oil wells has been replenished by a new oil well of more than 3350 meters depth

A fund of TOMSKNEFT production oil wells in region has been replenished by a new controlled directional oil well of more than 3350 meters depth.  A drilling rig Uralmash 3900 EUK-1M equipped with a top drive DQ50B-JH was used by TomskBurNeftegaz drilling crew for drilling this oil well.

A top drive aftermarket field service support was provided by SLC service engineers working 24 hours 7 days a week with drilling crew under service agreement with TomskBurNeftegaz company.

The DQ50B-JH as well as the DQ50BQ-JH is the most popular top drive model among drilling companies.  It allows to build fishbone wells of up to 5000 meters depth (using drilling 144mm tubes) as quickly as possible. The top drive is equipped with an asynchronous frequency controlled electric motor of 500hp power. This allows drilling with a smooth shaft speed changes in the range from 0 to 180 rpm and with a working torque of up to 40 kNm.
