Kurgan Drilling Rigs Factory assembling the BUK-200 Mobile Drilling Rig

Back in January 2020 the Kurgan Drilling Rigs Factory (Part of the SLC Group) began assembling its first mobile drilling rig with lifting capacity of 200 ton. It was named BUK-200, beginning the heavy mobile drilling rig series produced by the Kurgan Factory.

Currently the assembly is nearing completion and factory tests are planned for the nearest future. A testing rig designed and built especially for the task allows for testing lifting capacity of up to 310 ts.

The BUK-200 mobile drilling rig has a lifting capacity of up to 200 ton and is designed for building producing and exploration oil and gas wells, as well as for side-tracking and well repairs in moderate and cold climates with air temperature ranging between -45°С and up to 45°С. The BUK-200 rig is mounted onto an offroad chassis with 14×14 wheelbase.
