Using a top drive DQ50BQ-JH a new production oil well of more than 1950 meters depth was drilled in Tomsk region

A new controlled directional production well of more than 1950 meters depth was built in Karayskoe oil field in Tomsk region. A drilling rig Uralmash 3900/225 EK equipped with a top drive DQ50BQ-JH was used by BSK GRAND professionals to build this well. A top drive aftermarket field service support was provided by SLC service engineers working 24 hours 7 days a week with a drilling crew under service agreement with BSK GRAND company.

DQ50BQ-JH is one of the high performance models of top drives and provides drilling of the wells up to 5000 meters deep (with a 114 mm drill pipe). The top drive is equipped with two asynchronous frequency controlled electric motors with a power of 600 hp each. This allows to perform drilling with a smooth shaft speed changes in the range from 0 to 180 rpm and with a working torque of up to 48 kNm.
