A fund of ROSNEFT production oil wells in Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Region has been replenished by a new oil well of more than 4100 meters depth.

A fund of ROSNEFT production oil wells in Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous region has been replenished by a new controlled directional oil well of more than 4100 meters depth.  A drilling rig ZJ50DBS equipped with a top drive DQ50BQ-JH was used by ROSNEFT-Burenie drilling crew for drilling this oil well.

A top drive aftermarket field service support was provided by SLC service engineers working 24 hours a day 7 days a week with drilling crew under service agreement with ROSNEFT-Burenie drilling company.

The DQ50BQ-JH as well as the DQ50B-JH is the most popular top drive model among drilling companies.  It allows to build fishbone oil wells of up to 5000 meters depth (using drilling 144mm tubes) as quickly as possible. The top drive is equipped with an asynchronous frequency controlled electric motor of 600hp power. This allows to drill with a smooth shaft speed changes in the range from 0 to 180 rpm and with a working torque of up to 48 kNm.
